Youth Groups

Every Shabbat Morning

AGES: 2-9

TIME: 10 am

Babysitting starts at 9 am

While the adults are in service, the kids have fun with friends and our Dor Tikvah youth leaders. Play games, sing songs, learn through creative projects, and Kiddush.

TOT Shabbat

Monthly Kids Programming

AGES: 3-12

TIME: 10 am -11:30 am

Join us for fun games with special prizes, prayer, songs, and Kiddush every Shabbat Mevarchim!

Rabbi Mimran acts as the NCSY Community Director of Charleston. Dor Tikvah is affiliated with the Southern NCSY Youth program.

We fund and run JSU (Jewish Student Union) clubs at Academic Magnet, Porter-Gaud Middle School, and Porter-Gaud Upper School (as part of Jewish Life).

We also host recurring Shabbatons at Dor Tikvah for Middle School and High School students. We are very grateful to be beneficiaries of the Shevet Glaubach Fellowship Program and its advisors who visit for these Shabbatons.
