The Kosher Commission of Charleston - ועד הכשרות דטשארלסטאן, is comprised of Rabbi Sholom S. Mimran (Dor Tikvah), Rabbi Yossi Refson (Chabad of Charleston), and Rabbi Yosef Bart (BSBI Synagogue). The Vaad provides kosher certification to a number of local establishments.
